NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

Pursuant to Florida Statute 932.704(3), the Office of the Sheriff will sell at public auction the following listed property, which has been forfeited to the Office of the Sheriff. The auction will take place on Friday, August 23, 2002, 10 a.m., at Alltel Stadium Parking, Lot H, on Gator Bowl Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202. The property will be sold to the highest bidder. The property was confiscated or obtained with funds pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, Florida Statutes 932.701-707. Said property may be inspected at the auction location from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. on the day of the auction.

All purchases must be settled by 3 P.M., in full, the day of the sale. Acceptable methods of payment will be cash, cashier's check, or a preprinted check accompanied by a valid letter of guarantee from the bank that the check is written on. A $100 cash non-refundable deposit will be necessary at the completion of each winning bid. The Sheriff's Office reserves the right to set minimum bids on items to be auctioned. All items sold as-is condition and carry no warranty.
